I seem to remember there having been a document that
explained the 
reasoning behind keeping /cgi-bin/ out of the documentroot
of a website, 
but I can't seem to find it these days.  Anyone know of a
good article 
on it?

You just want to avoid the possibility of someone getting
your raw 
source code or config files?
