hi everybody!

a while ago, i complained about the usecase naming in
modules being
inconsistent and suggested to name all module usecases
<modulename>.<action>

here's a patch that fixes the names for the bxe, cforms,
fckeditor and
opendocument modules.

http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=39796

i did not touch the other usecases yet, because they need to
be
modularized first.

the patch has been tested, with the exception of the
fckeditor module,
which i don't use. but it should be simple enough to be
obviously correct.

please apply.

ouch. with the current changes re usecase default policy,
this patch
becomes more intrusive, since it must be reflected in the
default
usecase policies. either it should be applied today or after
the usecase
policies have settled. i'd prefer today
