On a fresh default pub, log in as editor, opt to create new
first page instead of import, and choose 
resource type 'homepage' for path /index

This causes:

/export/home/lenya/src/lenya-trunk/build/lenya/webapp/lenya/
modules/usecase/homepage.xml (No 
such file or directory)

cause: java.io.FileNotFoundException:
/export/home/lenya/src/lenya-trunk/build/lenya/webapp/
lenya/modules/usecase/homepage.xml (No such file or
directory)

Works if resource type is xhtml. /index seems to be the most
appropiate page for resource type 
'homepage' though. Also on zones.
