Using Bitflux and FCKeditor (and probably TinyMCE), it is
not possible to link
to foreign language documents. Even after I fixed up
link.xsl in each to put a
slash between authoring and document id, the result still
isn't as intended.
FCKeditor started using Bitflux's version. TinyMCE has very
similar code to the
other two.

How can we reproduce this bug?
I just tried to insert a link to a German page in an English
page in BXE, it
seems to work.

Yeah, it works under BXE. It still doesn't work under
FCKeditor. I see a couple
of changes to be made, including the result of a couple of
recent patches. I
don't know about TinyMCE.
