unfied diff against trunk

- new target clean-cocoon to remove build/ dir and local.b*
files from coccon
src
- new target clean-all to clean lenya, tomcat and cocoon
together
- refactored clean-tomcat to not throw an error when there
are no files to
delete (i.e. in case you are on jetty)
