assets: downloadLink format does not work

hi!

i'm having trouble connecting to bugzilla atm...

here's a new one, rated "major" imo:

on zones, fire up oneform and add an asset (you will have to
fake it 
since uploads are disabled: enter <a
class="asset" 
href="/index.html">foooo</a>).

now when you save, the page is broken:

/index.html?format=downloadLink#format=downloadLink (No such
file or 
directory)

i see two problems:

the fragment identifier looks fishy (shouldn't be there
probably), and 
the resource is accessed via a "file:///" url:

Caused by:
org.apache.excalibur.source.SourceNotFoundException: 
file:/index.html?format=downloadLink#format=downloadLink
doesn't exist.

i think this should rather be some cocoon uri...

andreas, can you comment on this?

imho the class marker should definitely be
"lenya.asset", so
as not to walk over our users' css namespace, wdyt?

not yet  if it's a
quick patch for you, go ahead, otherwise i'll try 
and fix it along with my bxe updates.
i've just changed the javascript API a little, so i'm behind
schedule a 
few hours, but it was worth it  oo in
javascript is not as scary as i 
originally thought...

i have added all generic editor usecases to oneform, i.e.
users can use 
that to obtain correct links.
will be committed as soon as i have tamed fckeditor (it's
quite nice, 
but has very obnoxious mess of tangled iframes and
sub-windows, which 
causes no end of pain with scope isses... i've never used so
many 
window.parent.self.top.window.parent... calls before :()
should be ready in a few hours.
