the wiki is a huge source of user confusion wrt lenya 2.0,
whereas the web docs
have improved nicely. we should prune obsolete stuff and
ruthlessly delete all
factoids that are also in the web docs, so that we can be
sure the wiki only
contains new material that needs to be reviewed and
incorporated into the web docs.

not necessarily a task that needs to be finished before 2.0,
but we should put a
prominent warning in the wiki that the first reference
should be the web docs.
