I have been working on setting up Lenya with Eclipse and
while the
documentation provided in the tutorial got me started, there
are a number of
items that are not currently called out in the tutorial.

Specifically, you also need to change the build.sh or
build.bat (depending you
your environment) to reflect the correct location of your
cocoon src, per the
recommended directory structure on the site.
(ENDORSED_DIR="externals/cocoon_2_1_x/lib/endorsed"
; in build.bat and "set
COCOON_HOME=externalscocoon_2_1_x" in build.sh. 
We/You/Someone might also
look at bringing the two files in-line with each other (more
consistency) with
regard to variables and structure).

There are a few other nits that probably need some work.

As I have recently waded through this, it is pretty fresh in
my mind and I
could take a stab at updating the documentation.  Let me
know if I have a green
light, as I don't want to duplicate effort if anyone else is
already working on
this task.
