Changes to index structure

Hi Lenya devs,

I committed some changes to the index structure:

- all meta data are indexed (boost factor 0.5, feel free to
change)

- the fields "uuid" and "language" have
been added (the field contents 
are stored and used to render the results)

- only meta data elements marked as
searchable="true" are included in 
the query string for the SearchGenerator (see
QueryStringModule)


ToDo:

- remove "url" index field

- create index structure dynamically based on the resource
type (i.e., 
not all documents have the same index structure)

- make publication-specific index configuration optional
(only needed to 
specify a non-default index directory)
