Old Incubator Releases Archived

all incubator releases are being relocated from
people.apache.org. old
releases are being archived directly to archive.apache.org.
releases by
log4net have been archived at
htt
p://archive.apache.org/dist/incubator/log4net.

redirects have been added so that links to the old URLs
shouldn't break.
please verify that any links on your site still work.
