causes a warning to be logged...

WARNING: Invalid sort "score desc" was specified,
ignoring


..because of some excentricities in how the getSort method
works ... this warning is distracting and missleading ...
but only in the case where "score desc" is used
... it should still be generated for a truely invalid sort.
