What are you thinking? Adding the processor as a parameter
to AddUpdateCommand?

the processor would ask the updateHandler for the existing
document - the updateHandler deals with getting it to/from
the right place.
we could add something like:
Document getDocumentFromPendingOrCommited( String indexId
)
to UpdateHandler and then that is taken care of.
Other then extracting the old document, what needs to be
done that cant be done in the processor?
