It would be helpful to allow the facet.mincount parameter to
work with date facets, i.e. constraining the results so that
it would be possible to filter out date ranges in the
results where no documents occur from the server-side.

This patch allows constraining date facets similar to
facet.mincount. The constraint is checked for each facet
field. 
The facet.date.other parameters are not affected as they
have to be requested explicitly anyway.
