Turning off All Repositories

Hi,

Does anyone know how to turn off all repositories, so
that Maven is only allowed to use repositories
specified in the POM?

Humm...not sure what you mean.  Maven does just use those in
the pom
plus ibiblio.  I don't think you can shut off ibiblio.

You can "turn off" ibiblio by setting up an
alternative repo as a
<mirrorOf>central in your settings.xml file.
