Camel in 3.1.2

Hi 

Can I use the Camel component fromt he dev snapshot with the
3.1.2 release?
When is 3.2 release going to production? 

We are using 3.1.2 release, but we have scenarios which can
benefit from
using Camel rather than the EIP component.
