Announce: xmlrpc-auto@ws.apache.org

Hi,

the new mailing list xmlrpc-autows.apache.org is
established. The 
purpose of this list is to receive notifications about SVN
commits and 
Jira issues. All Apache XML-RPC developers should subscribe
to this list 
by sending mail to xmlrpc-auto-subscribews.apache.org. All contributors 
and interested persons are kindly invited to subscribe as
well.

Please note, that the purpose of the list is not discussion.
Even 
discussions of Jira issues or SVN commits should take place
on 
xmlrpc-devws.apache.org.
