An image which does not scale correctly when converted with
dpi option

convert this image with:
java -jar batik-rasterizer.jar test.svg -m image/jpeg -d
dpi200.jpg -q 0.99
-dpi 200
and with:
java -jar batik-rasterizer.jar test.svg -m image/jpeg -d
dpi100.jpg -q 0.99
-dpi 100
to see the effect.
