Merging

Hello,

I want to difference and merge the same svg files.  For
example, multiple
users can access(download) a file from server, and modify
it, then upload it
to the server.  On upload I don't want to replace the file,
but merge the
file taking the svg section that has been modified by the
user.  Is there a
way to do this?
