.htaccess Indexes - exceptions?

Hi. I have a hosted site, and I want to disable directory
listing, so I
need to go through .htaccess to do so. However
"Options -Indexes" only
seems to allow access to (no suprise) files with
"index" in the name,
like "index.htm" or "index.php". Is
there a way I can extend this to
include other specific file names, such as
"home.php"? Thank you.
