Up to now Forrest has to run in a command window on Windows 
using 'forrest run'. For Server Operation this is not
acceptable, so,
Forrest hasa to run as a Windows (Win32, WinNT) Service.

Jetty may run as such a Service using a wrapper, e.g. 
"... the java wrapper provided by http://wrapper.tanu
kisoftware.org
  to provide jetty as an Win32 service."

The license does not say "somewhere obvious", so
just doing our normal license placement and naming is fine.
