Updating our ant

Hi all,

should we update our ant version or should we wait after the
release
with it?

Because it diverts resources from tasks that *have* to be
done towards 
tasks that we would *like* to do.

Of course, volunteer time is volunteer time, but we were
asked for our 
thoughts

Please do *not* attempt this at such a late stage.

I will add a note to the "How to release" doc to
do such things well before the start of the
release process proper.
