Plugins deployed

All plugins (not whiteboard plugins) have been deployed.
After the 
release of 0.8 we ought to do official releases of some of
the key 
plugins with significant changes from the last release, most
notably the 
projectInfo plugin.

I've not done the whiteboard plugins, so if anyone has any
specific 
needs please be sure to deploy them.
