While querying an Xmlbeans generated DOM using getter
methods, the following exception is thrown:

org.apache.xmlbeans.impl.values.XmlValueDisconnectedExceptio
n

This exception is undocumented in the source code and
javadocs, and the name
"XmlValueDisconnectedException" is meaningless
to an end user who has never encountered this error before.

Please add docs to this exception so that they show up in
javadocs.
