Look at Transforms tag of XML Digital Signature

You have got an any tag, inside this tag you can put any
well formatted xml. In this case XmlBeans only creates beans
for Transforms and Transform, and attributes Xpath and
Algorithm. And in XML file you can have somethinf like
<Transforms>
<Transform ....>
<NotInXmlBeans></NotInXmlBeans>
<MyInformation></MyInformation>
....
</Transform>
</Transforms>
