Quality of material, track record of trainers, trainer's
competence or skills or counseling etc are some of the
characteristics of a right training. But for majority of
students the deciding factor is the cost. While it might be
true that the high cost doesn't necessarily means high
quality but for some students the usual perks such as
graphics and visualization are included in return for the
high cost.

So in return of high cost you might get other perks but the
question is are they important for you, are they enough to
get you through the exams. The answer depends upon your
motivation. If you are a highly self-motivated person then
the official textbook might be enough for you to get through
the exams. But if you find studying for certification exams
tough and boring, (which I might add that majority of
student do find) than you do need such perks to make it an
enjoyable experience.

You can find a number of tuition providers both cheap ones
and “quality ones” on http://www.certifyglobal
