This event/interface doesn't exist yet, correct? (I don't

Google.)
I'm also assuming that this would not subclass any other
events like
IObjectModifiedEvent, since that would run the risk of
triggering handlers not
intended to run until after validation and saving.
I'll probably work on the code this weekend if nobody gets
around to it.
