VAD on Asterisk

That question was asked about four or five years ago on this
very same 
list.  Not to be a smart ss, but I suspect if you
have to ask the 
price, you cannot afford it in this case.

Maybe someone is sitting on a nice nugget of VAD code but do
not want in 
the wild.
