It would be nice if the impacted version was listed near the
top of the 
e-mail, rather than in the middle or at the bottom.  This
would allow a 
reader to know quickly, without scrolling, see if the issue
affects them.

The release announcements that reference security advisories
include this 
information.  Changing the location of it in the advisory
itself just sounds 
like some serious nit picking to me, though.
