Sangoma ISDN card compatibility

Hi,

I plan to buy a Sangoma A104 card to use in for production
and I really do 
not want to use linux.
I will use the card in PRI Euro-ISDN only.

Does anybody succeded to use it in production? Are the
drivers stable and 
everything working ok with asterisk?
