1.4 svn of zaptel-bsd + svn of asterisk

configure on asterisk comes back with these errors

usr/local/include/zaptel/tonezone.h:29:20: zaptel.h: No such
file or directory

/usr/local/include/zaptel/tonezone.h:47: error:
`ZT_MAX_CADENCE' undeclared 
here (not in a function)
/usr/local/include/zaptel/tonezone.h:48: error:
`ZT_TONE_MAX' undeclared here

zaptel-bsd from svn installs zaptel.h and tonezone.h in
/usr/local/include
both for branches/zaptel-1.4 and trunk. how did tonezone.h
end up
in /usr/local/include/zaptel ?

asterisk changed where it buts the files . 1.4 moved zaptel

to /usr/local/include/zaptel
