the issue is-----------

the issue is this . if you do a make package. it rm the
.conf files amd the 
the *.conf-dist files. and when you install the pkg on
another system with 
pkg_add it installas the *.conf-dist but does not rename
then to .conf

So when you boot itno asterisk it fails to load any of the
conf files.
