	I've tested zaptel with TE210P on amd64 box. Seemed to work
for me.
Can you drop this snippet and test with your hardware?
You'll need to apply
this patch to zaptel port as well: http://
gonzo.kiev.ua/stuff/zaptel.amd64.patch
