Looking for a good Web/UI guy

Hi,
I work for Sunrise Telecom and we are developing a Web
appliance that
will become part of our cable/broadband monitoring
solution.
The app is in Rails with some of the reporting using
flex/soap.
Anyway we need a good javascript/UI design guy to join our
team.  If
