Positin - System Integration Specialist

We are a medical company looking for a System Integration Specialist/Support Specialist.  Duties include;

Phone Support - provide support to company Field engineers based in North America and to advanced users of our products on *NIX/Linux OS's (primary) and MS-Windows (secondary)

 

Phone Support will focus on the following: Operating Systems HP-UX 11i, IRIX 6.5.21, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and Windows NT, 2000, XP, 203 Server

 

General Networking - a strong understanding/experience with at least mid-0sized networks a must

PC/UNIX workstation hardware - a good understanding of computer hardware troubleshooting

 

Internal Company Software : Help customers with configuration options and setup

 

DICOM - Medium to strong skills in troubleshooting DICOM issues a bonus

In addition to phone support, some travel will be required for advanced/first of a kind installations and specialized support for issues the can not be resolved by local engineers.
