Looking for Linux Administrator/Programmer

Need to write PEARL scripts.
Must be able to create/edit scripts, install and work remotely on Linux, Apache, MySQL, Postgresql, FTP, SSH, etc...
Our servers reside at the TelX Data Center at 56 Marietta, Downtown Atlanta, but most work can be done remotely, though onsite install will be needed from time to time.

Need to be able to look at current scripts and be able to administer and create new capabilities, as needed. If you believe you have a better, more effective way to do things than what we currently use, we are very open to suggestions.

Also need script written that will backup one server to another on the same LAN.

Currently working with CentOS 4.2, both 32 and 64bit (all new servers will be 64bit), as well as RedHat and Fedora.

This position is part-time to start, but if candidate is successful, will turn into full time salaried position with major growth and management opportunity, as well as possible stock options and benefits.

Web Server, both Linux and Windows and web programming capabilities a definite plus, as we also have our own web servers.
Networking, routers, firewall, sendmail, Qmail knowledge also a major plus.

Need to be able to setup servers in rack, assign IP addresses/DNS.

Everything currently in use is relatively well known open source scripts and programming to administer new accounts, set quotas, etc...
