in XTM and others, the PSI isn't a sole attribute, but
instead a given
category could have multiple PSI, and hopefully one or two
in common with
the PSIs that you are using in your schema.

As such, is there any reason we can't do something like
this:

    <atom:category scheme="..."
term="..." label="...">
        <xtm:psi uri="[1]"/>
        <xtm:psi uri="[2]"/>
        <xtm:psi uri="[3]"/>
    </atom:category>

Hmmm ... better yet:

    <atom:category scheme="..."
term="..." label="...">
        <atom:link rel="psi"
href="[1]"/>
        <atom:link rel="psi"
href="[1]"/>
        <atom:link rel="psi"
href="[1]"/>
    </atom:category>

(hrmmm again though ... while atom:category allows for
undefinedContent as
child elements, the RNG definition of undefinedContent
disallows atom ...
meaning we can't do the second example above. Bugger. Think
anyone will
notice?)
