Are we seeing different things on different OSs? I'm on Win
XP.
Leland may be on *nix (or maybe a mainframe) and Richard on
Mac?

If I'm right, it seems like Win and Mac are affected, *nix
not.
Leland, do you see this problem elsewhere? What about your
missus?

I'll start looking into this tonight. If I'm remembering
correctly, this
"may" not be easily correctable. It's embedded
smack dab in the middle of a
heavily hit bit of code and the method of finding the clips
isn't very
optimized. We'll see...

It's been very difficult remembering "the routine"
so I've only been looking
every so often.

My two main plats are OSX and Windows...though I don't get
to the latter for
anything but Audacity. When I hit Linux, I use SuSE and
*buntu.

But, all of that is on different partitions and rebooting is
a pain in the
patootie, so once the new Mac Pro gets here, I'll be using
VMware Fusion to
do it all much easier.

The only thing I'm not sure of is I'll be keeping the PPC
Mac. If I don't
then we're gonna have a heck of a time supporting the
non-Intel Macs.
