I've never seen it do that before. Mine certainly doesn't do
it,
although seeing as all the changed files were committed by
me, I
wouldn't expect it to.
According to the web it's not fatal and it should just
download the
whole of the file instead (lines starting U). If it isn't
then that's
the oddity. What happens if you delete the offending files?
This will
force a clean copy from the server.
