HXR_AUDIO_DRIVER error code 0x80040100 for ARM-linux ??

Hi~
We porting splay_audio_all for ARM-linux
compiler done 
but it can not execute 
 
Common DLL path DT_Common=.
Plugin path DT_Plugins=.
Codec path DT_Codecs=.
Can't open file: //.helix/HelixSDK_10_0.
Can't open file: //.helix/HelixShared_0_0.
opening file:///mnt/u/02.mp3 on player 0
Simpleplayer is looking for the client core at
./clntcore.so
Report(3, -2147221248, "(NULL)", 0,
"(NULL)", "Can't convert error code
0x80040100 - please find corresponding HXR code in
common/include/hxresult.h")

error code 0x80040100 =>The audio device cannot be
opened, possibly because another application is using it.

I try to play wave file with this device by using
 # cat 02.wav > /dev/dsp 
audio driver can work
Does this mean the sound device is ok?
what can i do for this problem?

Hi Ricky,

So, you are porting Helix to ARM-Linux. Others are able to
comment on it 
more, but I would think that you probably shouldn't need to
do any 
porting as it has already been done. Did you mean some
component failed 
to build and were not ported?

So, your target (splay_audio_all) compiled but you have some
run-time 
problems with the audio device.

Is your platform supporting ALSA? Or OSS? (Or both?)

Again, others can comment on it more tomorrow, but one
possibility is 
that this branch is old.

Have you looked into 150Cay branch? It has ALSA support and
I believe 
142NepX doesn't.
