Re:Changes in audio/device for porting Atlas forWindows Mobile 5.0

 Hi Greg,

 To add defines PAUSE_ON_RESET and
DONT_WRITE_WHILE_PAUSE_AT_RESET added 
file
 auddevlib_wince-500-ppc-arm.pcf
in the module audio/device.

This change has already been approved. The file was not
added anyhow.
Now checked into HEAD and hxclient_310_atlas.
