Manuel,

I was able to build and boot CLFS x86,x86_64 and
x86_64-multilib
books. This is not a complete test but if the book builds
that is as far
as I can go to validate jhalfs against CLFS.

_Unfortunately_ the latest HLFS will not build. There is
some quirky
glibc error and unfortunately I have run out of time. I
don't think the
problem is with jhalfs but I have not gone through the
scripts line by
line. I know Robert changed the persistance of the binutils
sources but
I am sure this is not related to the glibc issue.

I will be back online on the July 13th and will tackle
the problem
then if you do not have the spare time.

    George.

This is the tail end of the glibc log.
