I'm sorry but reading sources is not my idea of
documentation.
What I would like to have is an idea how jhalfs works
globally.

I'll be back soon with some questions. It would be very
nice of someone
would give an answer.

   For the moment reading the source code is the only choice
you have. 
When the code settles down and I have time I will map out a
flow chart 
and add it to the documentation.
