Manuel,
   Just poking around Config.in and I noticed xterm does not
have a 
version. It seems to be called xterm2 in the xml file
(id=xterm2) and in 
the deps file.

Thanks for the note. I'm revising now that version issues
trying to fix it, 
plus cleaning packages from remaining dead/obsolete
packages.

Thinking on that version issues, maybe we should to move
get_pkg_ver() to 
func_packages to can have the data version in the packages
database and can 
reuse it in the Makefiles for the packages tracking system.
