A matter of restructuration

Thanks to using only the menuconfig interface we can get rid
of the progname 
symlinks and call again the master script
"jhalfs".

Thay changes has been made in experimental  at r3072.

What do you think about that, George?

   It took me a few minutes to figure out how you called the
different 
scripts.. neat
   This looks great and the README will be cleaner too. One
command, 
make, and that is it. No more questions about what to run..
