I've been told by Avid and Sony that when you import from XDcam that it is faster than real time. When I import, it seems to be about, if not slower than real time. I'm using the Sony PDW-1500 connected via firewire directly to a hpxw8000. I'm on an Adrenaline 2.2.1. I was thinking that maybe it's the firewire card I installed, or the length of the firewire cable. If anybody has any thoughts on this, please let me know. Thanks, Brad Stewart
