Ed - you are on the old AVID list - everyone is on
AVID L2. If you are an AVID tech or engineer, you should be on AVID L2
which is on Yahoo - it is not run by AVID.
AVID tech support has been excellent recently, and
you can contact AVID support at 800 800 2843 - you wont wait more than a couple
of minutes to get help.
Let me know if you continue to have issues - and
what are your issues ?
