Sending a BBj window to the back

We are developing a program launcher in BBj.  It launches
not only other BBj 
apps but also VPro5 apps,  3rd party applications like
Internet Explorer and 
MS Office products.

The problem we are having is when non BBj applications are
launched, their 
windows appear behind the BBj launcher app and the user has
to click on 
their window to bring them forward.  Is there a way to send
a BBj window to 
the back?  It would be like the opposite of the 'RAISE'
mnemonic.
