Yes.  The Tcl command to read in a file and execute the
commands found
therein is:

mged> source foo.tcl

Is it possible to save such commands in a file, and then
executing all
in one go. Like shell script. Say all above instructions are
in a file
foo.txt

then

mged > ./foo.txt

or

mged > sh foo.txt

should do the work.
