BSDA in Toronto in April

Hi everyone,

We've confirmed the times and locations for the BSDA at
IT360 in Toronto, 
and this event has been added to the registration page.

The BSD Certification Group (BSDCG)  will offer the BSDA
certification exam
to attendees of IT360 2008.

The exam will be paper based and in English. Exam
information is available
from the Certification page of the BSDCG website. Exam
candidates should 
be proficient in the BSDA Certification Requirements and the
Command Reference,
both of which are available for free download from this page
of the website.

Exam candidates must bring valid photo identification
matching the name they
used when they registered. Those who participated in the
beta program should
bring their beta certificate and/or the email address they
used during the
beta program in order to use their 50% discount.

All exam sessions will be held in room 210A of the Metro
Toronto Convention
Centre, North Building, 255 Front Street West.

Due to limited seating at the event, the number of
candidates per session is
limited to 10. Exam sessions have been scheduled for 8:30,
12:15, and 15:00 on
Wednesday, April 9th.

Registration and pricing

Participants have to register for a BSDCG ID first, at the
following
URL: https://register.bsdcertification.org//register/ge
t-a-bsdcg-id
Note that it may take up to 24 hours to receive.

Once you have an ID, you can choose an exam location and pay
for the exam.
The discounted fee is only available to those who
participated in the beta
program. Prices are in USD, ($75 or $37.50) and Paypal will
automatically 
convert.

NOTE: IT360 is pleased to offer complementary exams to paid
conference
attendees. If you are a paid conference attendee, indicate
so in the comment
section when you register for your exam. IT360 will
reimburse the BSDCG the
price of your exam.

I did a little bit of hunting around on the sites and didn't
find any
information one way or the other.

Will the BSDA be offered at BSDCan this year?  I'm trying to
get a few
people I work with through this but having some difficulty
finding a
venue for the test that I can justify.

Definitely. Once we know the room number and pin down the
exam times, 
we'll add them to the registration site. Dan, is that
something we can do 
now, or do we have to wait for confirmation from the venue?

Rooms are unknown now.  I don't have an ETA.
