Cannot install plugin: missing NDesk.DBus.dll

I'm trying to install the album-art-plugin [1] on Ubuntu
Feisty with
Banshee 0.12.0, but I'm getting the following error:

error CS0006: cannot find metadata file
`/usr/lib/banshee/NDesk.DBus.dll'
error CS0006: cannot find metadata file
`/usr/lib/banshee/NDesk.DBus.GLib.dll'

I have two of these files on my computer, but in different
locations:

/usr/lib/cli/ndesk-dbus-1.0/NDesk.DBus.dll
/usr/lib/mono/gac/NDesk.DBus/1.0.0.0__f6716e4f9b2ed099/NDesk
.DBus.dll

On my Ubuntu Edgy machine, it looks like what the plugin is
expecting:

/usr/lib/f-spot/NDesk.DBus.dll
/usr/lib/banshee/NDesk.DBus.dll

Did something change for 0.12.0 and the plugin is at fault?
Did Feisty
do something unusual?
